Beachscape Kin ha Villas & Suites features a large outdoor pool surrounded by a sundeck, and fringed by palm trees and tropical flowers. Rooms
This Cancún resort offers 130 guestrooms and suites in three-story buildings (no elevators). Accommodations include private guestrooms and one, two or three bedroom villas with kitchens, separate living areas and terraces. All units feature large patios or balconies. Most have views of the Caribbean Sea, Nichupté Lagoon between Cancún Island and the mainland, or the resort's tropical gardens. Beachscape Kin ha Villas & Suites is arrayed along a wide stretch of beach with powdery white sand and clear, calm waters. A large outdoor pool is also on site. Personal watercraft and pedal boats can be rented on the beach. Guests can also book scuba and snorkeling adventures, deep-sea fishing charters, excursions to Isla Mujeres, dolphin swims, and myriad other activities. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the Golf Club Cancun at Pok Ta Pok is within two km (one mi) of the resort. In addition to an 18-hole championship golf course, facilities include a driving range, two practice putting greens, tennis courts, a well-stocked pro shop, and a restaurant/bar with panoramic views of the lagoon and the Hotel Zone.The recreational activities listed below are available at the resort or nearby; fees may apply.

“I am so happy we chose Ambiance Villas”
We stayed at Ambience on the recommendation of a friend and she was 100% correct with her suggestion. The beach was by far the best we saw while in Cancun and the staff were wonderful! We were looking for something that was not all inclusive but paid additionally for the breakfast and it was phenomenal. Ate a few meals in their restaurants and both food and wait staff were great as well. Only issue we had was that they forget to leave washclothes when cleaning, but were happy to bring them up when reminded. Also was well located so shopping and activities were all relatively close. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Cancun.
“lots of space, huge terrace, great value”
I wish we'd had longer than just one night. It wasn't so much a hotel "room" as an apartment. Very luxurious for the price paid. Staff was very efficient. We had a full kitchen and could've saved a lot of money on food if we'd been there long enough to cook for ourselves.

“Best beach in Cancun, Relaxing and Comfortable”
We loved our two weeks at Beachscape Kin Ha Hotel. Siimple, extraordinarily clean and the grounds were beautiful. Everybody works so hard to make your stay so comfortable. The beach is cleaned and tilled everyday..like white sugar. The pool has palms all around so sun or shade what ever you want. Well layed out for kids and safe. The food is wonderful, great breakfasts!! Try the Restaurant for lunch and Dinner, great dishes, their prices are camparable or better than on the Blvd. Try the theme Sunday Noon meal of Piella. Italian night was great as well. We enjoyed the CHILDREN as it is a family hotel, we have always stayed at Adult only but not anymore wit was such fun watching all the little ones. Take it all in and enjoy..
“Cancun on a budget”
This hotel was extremely cheap for Cancun, but the room and the service was top notch, just like the fansier hotel we also stayed at. Actually this hotel was actually nicer than the timeshare room we stayed in at the exclusive hotel down the stretch. The location is great, the beach is beatiful and the pool is huge. If your going to Cancun, save your money and stay at this hotel, then use your money to see the Captain Hook show, it was the best thing in Cancun.
“Best Beach in Cancun”
Our stay at the hotel was extremely enjoyable, and if you enjoy calm water then they definately have the best beach spot in Cancun. My only complaint was that it seemed that they were always short on wash cloths.
“Relaxing”
Beautiful calm beach, perfect for children. Relaxing atmosphere with nice large decks to eat out or just enjoy a quiet evening. Numerous families so may not be the best place if you don't want to vacation with children around. The many families was a plus for us though.
“Easy access to beach”
Overall the experience at the hotel was great. The rooms were always clean. One thing we didn't like was the restaurant service. At one occassion we had to wait about 15 min just to get asked what we wanted to drink plus another 15 just for the waiter to come back. They weren't even packed that night. There must have been about 3 other tables occupied. The pool is big, and it was never packed. The beach was awesome! I really recommend this hotel. We'd probably stay there again.
“This was our 2nd vacation here”
Ambiance Villas is a wonderful family vacation spot...especially for families with young children. This was our second trip. We chose it because of the studio rooms which have a kitchenette which has a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes and flatware. Each room has a balcony. The beach is beautiful. The water on this beach is shallow and there are not high waves which would prohibit a child from playing safely in the water. The beach is clean. The rooms are clean. The staff is nice. The pool is wonderful. All of the benefits outweigh the few negative aspects...1) it can be noisy and 2)I would not want to stay in some of the rooms due to their location on the property. (ie..on the side where the road is or a patio that looks out at a fence or is near a noisy neighbor with kids) They did seem to be reluctant to give people rooms they requested. They gave you the impression that the room they assigned is the only one available...however the hotel was not full. I was not able to book a studio room via the internet but was able to upgrade a single room to studio when we arrived. We arrived early and were not able to check into our room for several hours. Check in time is 3pm and they stick to it.
