When we got to the hotel, the room wasn't ready which is fine and then they moved us to a room that has not been upgraded on the fourth floor with no elevator. I fell down the stairs twice. I had to move rooms because I'm a cancer patient and I have medical issues, the second room was perfect. The food was the worst. The food was mediocre at best if you're staying at this hotel and already eat in the better quality restaurants you have to book at least three days to get one of the restaurants and then five days to get the better restaurant. This hotel is supposed to be all inclusive there was prices on the menu so we were confused, also our refrigerator had no drinks in it just bottled water. We stay at a lot of hotels in Cancun. We come every year and I'm not gonna suggest any hotels to anybody. Maybe you might like this hotel the staff was outstanding but they were doing construction turn out swimming pool so you can hear the hammers and chisels and dust . Most the shows were around the pool area at 3 o'clock. The DJ was awesome around the pool area. The dancers were awesome. However, it just seems strange that they were around the pool area. They did have night shows up in the lobby. It was just strange to us because it was in the lobby were used to saying a stage with a bar in the middle, that was cocktails and drinks while you enjoy the show like other hotels in Cancun food was not available 24 hours a day you got in the buffet restaurant which consisted of mostly breads
