The staff was very helpful and friendly. Guest service was very helpful when we needed it. They sent us truffles after the lights went out the night before.Thanks for the treat. We also had to ask for kleenex and shower shampoo that was out.

Felt like I was at a car dealership.Big turn off. Was promised 3 nites in Cabo for sitting through session, have not received email confirmation for free nights in Cabo.

Being near the beach was great. The property is not for the elderly. I only realized it after visiting. My 75 year old dad had to walk all the way around to go up and down. Food was ok...staff wasnt attentive enough (for the buffet). Dine in restaurants for dinner was good. They need to improve the kids club. Its outdated and only very little kids will enjoy not 5-7 yr olds.

The staff was rude from check in to check out. We had to get new keys every night we were there cause they stopped working. I can go on and on it’s really too much to complain about. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
