The hotel is in very poor condition. Once i arrived they did not have my room ready and i had to wait an hour for the room. I arrived at 4pm so the room should f habe been ready. The front desk agent that checked us in gave us very poor directions to our room and we dragged our luggage all over the resort before we could find our room. Later one of our friends in the group told us that the staff should have delivered our luggage to our room which did not happen or was ever offered. Once i got in the room there was a big hole behind the bathroom door, the bathroom door lock was about to fall off, the refrigerator had 0 stock in it and i had to call 4 times in order to get it stocked and it still did not get stocked, the AC didn't not work, the showerhead was leading with no pressure, the safe did not work, they did not not let us know there were concierge services in our building so we kept on going up front which is a long walk to make our complaints, the restaurants there are horrible and so is all the food stations. In short don't stay here it was a horrible experience and the place is run down. The staff is horrible as well as they really don't care about the above issues or did anything to take care of us.
