Stayed 8 nights during the Cannes Film Festival. The location was perfect with the Festival only a short 10 minute walk away. And the harbor was only one-half block away. Anything else you might need is nearby. My room was basically a somewhat sparsely furnished apartment, with a complete kitchen and separate bedroom. The full refrigerator with freezer was nice. And heated towel rack in bathroom came in handy. I didn't use the TV or heating/AC unit. The double bed, was actually two twin beds pushed together. They were only OK. All and all, it was perfect for my needs. However a couple of things to note. First the street it is on, in the USA we would call it an alley, so don't be surprised when the Cab/Uber drops you off half a block away and you have to walk up the hill to find the front door (which is clearly marked). Also, there is no staff onsite or a front desk. You should receive contact information when you reserve. When want to gain access, you need to reach out to them before you arrive to arrange a meeting time. And there is no elevator - be prepared to carry our luggage up the stairs. As far as I can tell, each apartment is different - the pictures on Expedia seem pretty accurate. Look carefully and make sure that's what you are looking for. Finally, since there is no onsite front desk and you will be leaving the room key in lockbox on the door, I would recommend making a walk-through video as you leave, just so there are no misunderstandings later.

Don’t let the front entrance of the property turn you off the apartment is really clean and functional good kitchen and the bedroom it’s clean. We stayed there for 10 days. The market is just a walk away and we filled the fridge and Raible to cook meals which cut down on spending money at restaurants. As I started out, the front entrance should be clean every day by the owner. It could also use. A paint job. This is not a property we’re handicap people could stay nor people with heavy suitcases as you have to walk up flights of stairs because there’s no lift (elevator) One of the other positives is the owner is just a phone call away.

Great find in a pinch considering the price of everything else in the area during the film festival. Super walkable to the Palais and surrounding areas. Rooms were alright - beds weren’t as comfortable as expected. Air conditioning worked properly in only one of three rooms. Bathroom fan wasn’t working as well. Wifi dipped in and out. All in all, great place and very central, but would recommend other places if you’re spending a lot of time indoors!

Great location, not the best design
The apartment is in a great location in Canns. The actual photos look slightly different to the apartment. There were 6 beds in the apartment scattered in different location within the apartment. The felling was too low for one of the beds. No Air con in all the rooms. Worst bit is the toilet! There's no Ventilation at all.

Bon séjour globalement! Il n’y avait ni savon ni papier toilettes à notre arrivé. Un des deux lits était un clic clac qui n’était pas très grand mais à fait l’affaire. La clime ne marchait pas très bien. Sinon l’appartement est très bien situé, dans une rue piétonne, bon rapport qualité/prix. La cuisine marchait bien, la télé a été rapidement remplacé car elle ne fonctionnait pas.

Dirty, run down, bad WIFI!
Abgewohnt, schmuddelig und ungemütlich! Leider war dieses Appartement eine Enttäuschung. Das Haus in der Altstadt gelegen, Lage ok aber sehr hellhörig. Die Wohnung selber dunkel, fast kein Tageslicht ausser im Schlafzimmer, das Fenster im Wohnbereich lässt kaum Tageslicht herein, da es von der Lüftung des darunter gelegenen Restaurants verdeckt wird. Zudem hört man die Lüftung bis spät in die Nacht. Sehr schlechtes Wifi, im Schlafzimmer überhaupt kein Empfang. Bad und Küche schmuddelig und staubig, da kann man sich vorstellen, wie alles andere geputzt wurde. Dusche in schlechtem Zustand, Kissen auf dem Schlafsofa unappetitlich verfleckt. Bisher die schlechteste Erfahrung, die wir mit privat vermieteten Wohnungen hatten. Leider wollte man uns dann auch noch vor Ort mit der Kurtaxe übers Ohr hauen. Check in war nicht vorhanden, da Nicolas erst gar nicht gekommen ist und uns zur verabredeten Geldübergabe über 1 Stunde warten liess. ABSOLUT NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!

Ho soggiornato. In una stanza molto in alto stretta per passare con le valige la luce per scendere le scale non c'era, capelli sulle lenzuola abbiamo messo dei fulard copri divano, poi la pulizia dell'appartamento non era compresa nel soggiorno e il titolare me la sta chiedendo da giorni, vi ho inviato un email ancora non mi avete risposto.

청결하고 편안한 내부, 그러나 주변 식당과 바에서 나는 소음이 문제
청결하고 칸영화제 공간과 해변 시장 등과 가까운 위치가 좋음. 그러나 올드타운 식당가에 있어 밤늦게까지 소음이 심함. 바로 아래 식당과 바에서 취객 떠드는 소리가 새벽 1-2시까지 났다.

差到不得了！
差到不得了，污糟，屋內窗簾布遮掩唔到，屋外可以看到屋內，冇私隱，晚上10點開始樓下餐廳，坐滿人，超嘈嘈到半夜兩點先安靜到，隔音差到不得了，冇洗頭水，沐浴露，洗潔精，供應全部要自己買。。。。不會建議入住 。

Huoneisto on todella loistavalla paikalla. Huone oli epäsiisti. Siivosimme itse huoneen kunnolla ensimmäisenä päivänä. Huonekalut ja astiat ovat kuluneita ja likaisia. Puhelinnumero oli eri kuin mitä sivuilta löytyi, mutta onneksi ulko-ovelta löytyy oikea. Jos käyt vain nukkumassa huoneistossa niin tässä loistava vaihtoehto, muuten harkitse tarkoin!

Bra beliggenhet - men det var det eneste også!
Det var kjempe møkkete!! Vi måtte vaske alt for å klare å bo der! Det var masse mugg i dusjen. Sengene var harde - felt senger. Kjøkkenet var nytt men manglet stekeovnen. Eneste pluss var beliggenheten!

Skittent, gulvene var fulle av sand da vi kom og det lå brukt kondom under sofa. Det var ingen dobbeltseng som annonsen lovet, men en ødelagt sovesofa som vippet over ende når man snudde seg. Enkelt sengen var også ødelagt. Det ble dårlig med søvn den uken for å si det sånn. Vi ble krevd for 600 kr når vi ankom, til vask og tax, det er forsåvidt greit (om det faktisk ble vasket der), men han skulle ha kontant betaling og gav oss ingen kvittering.

Appartement situé dans une rue plein de restaurant, au centre de Cannes. Parfait si on veut également profiter de la vie nocturne. Par contre, odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement non-fumeur, divan-lit catastrophique! On a du mettre le matelas au sol. Douche à revoir... La connexion de la tv très mauvaise. À part ça, appartement correct. Personnel gentil.

Convenient and nice apartment
Pretty small apartment with 2 single beds and one couch bed. Everything you needed and clean. No front desk but you have the number to a guy that can help you with what you need. Cleaning fee 78 EUR extra! Wi-fi was not so good. The apartment was located in the middle of the old town which was very cozy

Vanhankaupungin apartment, jossa ei hissiä vaan huoneeseen, joka sijaitsi 3. Kerroksessa, johti kapeat mutkittelevat portaat (ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille). Huoneessa vähän kaikki kalusteet rempallaan. Kaiken huipuksi lattialla vilisteli HIIRIÄ! Lomamme oli pilalla.

Beliggenhed, Beliggenhed, Beliggenhed - stedet ligger dejligt centralt. Dog halter det med selve lejligheden. Vi skulle sove 4 personer, men der var ikke glas, kopper, bestik, håndklæder osv. til alle. Det var ikke muligt at styre airconditionen, da der manglede en fjernbetjening, bruseren var ved at falde ud af væggen, og der var intet lys på toilettet (pærerne var gået). Lejligheden var ikke klar ved ankomst og deres Wi-Fi var meget ustabilt/manglende Vi påtalte ovenstående, og fik også lidt ekstra glas, bestik og håndklæder. De ville opkræve 125 EU for skatter og rengøring, men vi kunne vise, at vi i følge Hotel.com kun skulle betale 70 EU. Trods alt tror jeg vi måske godt vi kunne finde på at leje her igen – grundet den centrale beliggenhed.

Beau séjour dans le vieux Cannes
Très bon accueil et emplacement très central juste à côté de la gare routière qui était très pratique pour nous. Bel appartement au dernier étage et très confortable et pratique avec un beau coin cuisine et tout ce qu'il faut. Système de boite à clé sur la porte d'entrée très pratique puisque nous étions 6 à partir et venir à des moments différents.

La struttura, in pieno centro a Cannes e a due passi dalla Croisette, è magnifica. Gli appartamenti sono arredati in stile moderno e funzionale, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno assolutamente rilassante. Dall'alloggio potevo godere di una splendida vista sul porto turistico della città. Il proprietario, Cristiano, è una persona di una gentilezza e disponibilità fuori dal normale. Consiglio vivamente questo residence per passare una stupenda vacanza nella bella Cannes.

Siamo stati in vacanza a Cannes, la residence è bellissima, situata in pieno centro storico a Cannes, molto facile da raggiungere sia con i bus che in treno. L'accoglienza è stata eccellente, appena arrivato mi sono sentito come a casa. L'appartamento è molto elegante, pulito ed accogliente, molto utile il servizio wifi. Lo staff è stato disponibile e accogliente fin dal momento dell'arrivo, molto gentile nel consigliarmi dove mangiare e cosa visitare nei dintorni. Sicuramente la mia esperienza è stata piacevole e di certo è un posto dove tornerei volentieri.

Emplacement magnifique. Nous avons rencontré Cristiano qui nous a promis qu'il va rectifier les points négatifs. Seul point négatif en attente : le montant débité sur la carte est supérieur à notre réservation via le site, raison pour laquelle nous n'avons pas attribué la notre maximale de 10 mais 9.

Bonjour, nous avons une résidence en Suisse et aimons partager avec les personnes qui font le même job. Sommes très satisfaites par l'entretien très chaleureux avec le nouveau propriétaire Cristiano. Nous lui avons fait part de nos remarques directement. Comme je n'aime pas du tout votre système de cases afin d'interpréter et de qualifier à votre guise, je donne mes notes dans le texte : Propreté : 9 sur 10, Service 10/10, Emplacement : 10, Confort de la chambre, pour 2 personnes 9/10 (mais chambre prévue pour 4 : trop petite (conviendrait pour couple avec 2 enfants en bas âges), pas de papier ménage, ni couteau éplucheur, ni savon, ni mouchoir en papier, ni pastilles/poudre pour lave-vaisselle, des services (couteaux, cuillères etc. pour 3.) Rien de grave pour un jeune propriétaire qui débute. Il nous a promis qu’il va tenir compte de nos demandes. Nous étions déjà venues il y a 2 ans avec l'ancienne équipe. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le débit de notre carte de crédit et vous conseillons d'être attentifs car le remboursement est encore en attente. VOTRE CONTRAINTE DE REMPLIR LES CASES ME DEPLAIT AU PLUS HAUT POINT, J'AI DONC MIS PARTOUT PARFAIT! ET ESPERE QUE VOUS LAISSEREZ MON TEXTE.

attention à la facture
Très bel emplacement à cannes. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Le seul gros bémol c'est la facture qui est gonflé par un nettoyage de fin de séjour de 49euros. Et oui il faut payer pour avoir des draps propres et pour que l'appartement soit nettoyer après votre passage. ces prestations sont inclus dans le prix d'une chambre d'hôtel habituellement mais ici on paie !!! donc attention de bien prévoir un coût supplémentaire de 49€.

si votre ramage se rapporte à votre plumage....
ben nan... vous n'êtes pas le phénix des hôtes de Cannes... 70 € de ménage -à rajouter attention !- pour un studio à la propreté douteuse -sol et vaisselle, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre de photos-, literie bultex mais petite épaisseur donc pour une nuitée ça passe, plus, la pliure du matelas rajoutée aux grincements du sommier aura raison de vos courtes nuits, en raison aussi de la localisation... très pratique pour les bus, la croisette... mais du coup rue piétonne très passante Pas de micro-ondes dans la cuisine et le strict minimum pour cuisiner -prévoir la totalité du nécessaire : sel, poivre, tir-bouchon, ouvre-boîte, couteaux à steack....- Première déception sur les locations à Cannes, et même si la logeuse aurait équipé, selon ses dires, la pièce d'un micro-ondes et du nécessaire pour cuisiner des repas d'adultes, et fait refaire le ménage, au vu du prix de la prestation, je ne passe pas mes quelques jours de vacances à réclamer au téléphone -il n'y a pas d'accueil-, le minimum syndical d'une location Donc très déçue, même si l'aspect général sur photos nous avait séduit... aux premiers abords
