“A lovely stay”

The location of the hotel was brilliant, right opposite Cardiff Castle and near the shopping high street and markets. It's just undergoing a change of management and the facilities are all in the process of being upgraded. The staff were very helpful, nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to stay there.

“Disappointing”

The hotel needs a big refurbishment. It wasn't cheap and I had a noisy and very dated room. It should at least have secondary glazing on such a busy road in central Cardiff. I was staying there with friends in three other rooms and they all felt their rooms were bad enough to want to switch rooms, luckily the staff obliged. I would have done too if I had been staying longer.
