I dont like the fact they use Expedia who after a simple incorrect date was entered, REFUSED to cancel and apply the charges to the correct date. They even had the audacity to blame Baymont by Windom for the stubborness of the change. As a result EXPEDIA will no longer be on our phones as an app to be used at all. If I ever want to stay at another Baymont ever again. Ill go homeless. I think its a shame that Baymont uses and profits from the use of Expedia.
