El personal fue la mejor parte. Gente muy amable y servicial …. Recepcionista/o, housekeeper, la chica del bar y la señora del desayuno, PERO Realmente no volvería a hospedarme ahí. El Hotel hace esquina con una calle muy concurrida, pareciera que los coches y motos atraviesan tu habitación, además pasa un tren cada cierto tiempo y el ruido es como si fueras en el 😞

Quite a lot of restaurants close to property. Plumbing was is a bit off in my room, with a tub faucet that never stopped dripping water in a steady stream. However, staff reaponded quickly when i needed a replacement appliance. Very nice sized pool.

I guess I expected more from Radisson and it started off badly with a person at check in counter paying more attention to her friends than us. Room and bed were fine but extremely noisy from room above where walking around and open/closing blinds made a lot of noise. Not a lot of choices in the area so this one is ok

Easy check in and check out. Very comfy and clean. However, on a main street so several ambulance and fire and police sirens were heard on their way to calls a different times of the evening and overnight.

The maintenance people were friendly but the front receptionist didn't appear very friendly nor were they welcoming. The building itself is in need of major upgrades but the rooms were very spacious

Upon arrival Receptionist Alexine was the rudest person. She was obviously not having a good day! I requested to pay cash and she was upset because she had to take extra steps I guess. I told her if that was a problem to just leave it as is. I told her she should go home with that kind of attitude and She replied back she had been there for too long. So I told her she should just go home. After that She even threw my change in the counter. I even told her not to take her job so seriously and get upset since your job will replace you in 1 min. Very unprofessional attitude very rude and very disrespectful. Hotel property was okay but way too noisy. Right next to a cargo train that will literally pass by every 30 mins every during the night. The shower got clothed and the windows were open with no locks. Rooms and beds were okay.

Although the staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was very run down and important items were broken or not functioning. The USB chargers by the bedside were broken as well as one of the electrical outlets in the head wall. The toilet in the room wouldn’t flush even just toilet paper and the bathroom in the lobby had the same issue. Seems the plumbing in the whole place may have a problem. The breakfast burritos that they advertise at the front desk were not available but were still advertised at the restaurant. We had been counting on that for breakfast so we didn’t allow for time to get breakfast elsewhere before we had to be somewhere. The worst part was that when we were looking for functional plugs in the room, we discovered mouse droppings in the center dresser/end table.

Arrived and their systems were down. The only way we could get into a room was if we allowed them to photo copy our credit card which we didn’t feel comfortable with doing but they didn’t give a different solution. Front desk staff said they would give us a call when the system issue was resolved, never called. We requested an upper floor upon booking and got first floor. When we asked to be moved she said due to systems being down she couldn’t do that either. Got to the room and there was a roach in the room, shower was dirty, there was a dried spill on the floor, etc. Didn’t look like housekeeping really came. We only stayed that night because we had no other place to go and checked out early the next day. Would not recommend and will not return

Having traveled extensively over the years and being a lifelong Minnesotan, I have stayed at numerous Radisson facilities and found the condition of the room we stayed in to be a big disappointment to the Radisson image. The condition of the bath area and its flooring were some of the poorest I have encountered. Very disappointing for any hotel, let alone a Radisson.
