Check in was challenging as the man at the desk was refusing to look up our reservation & kept insisting he was sold out. We eventually were able to get checked in. The room was very warm & the AC was barely working. The window had a huge crack in it and we were hesitant to even open it. The TV had power but no signal so we were unable to use it. There was no hot water, lukewarm was the best we could get. The property was very dirty & unkempt. The stairways & walkways were trashy & the exit sign was hanging by exposed wires. There were some very unsavory looking people hanging around & sleeping in the outside areas. We have stayed in many Motel 6 chains over the years & this one was awful. We will never use them again, despite the favorable rate.

I made a reservation here over a week ago for 2 rooms. When i checked in i was informed that the rooms would not be together. I asked why and was told all the other rooms were booked when i got there. He knew when i walked in i had 2 rooms and i asked why he didnt just put them together and save them before i got there. He told me he could not do that. I am pretty sure this was the owner. Not very good customer service

I was required to pay $50 up front even though I had already paid for the room for two days with the promise that I would be given it back when I checked out. The first night the room was cold (no heat), the second night I complained about not heat and was given a space heater which worked .I have doubts that the $50 was put back into my credit card but I will check.

We had reserved a queen single mom smoking, got a room with 2 doubles that had obviously been a smokers room. The air conditioner didn’t work. Tried to call the front and got disconnected twice. Clientele were noisy every night, tho not terribly late.

The person that checked us in smelled as if he had been drinking for several days, The towels smelled like mold. The holder for the towels had dead bugs and visible dirt
