This was our first Home2 Suites stay and it was quite enjoyable. Great location, friendly staff and an impressive breakfast. The shower pressure could be improved and the sign in the bathroom stated that the room will be cleaned every other day but our suite was not cleaned during the 4 days of our stay. Luckily we were clean so it wasn't too inconvenient but that wording should be updated if the service is not provided. All-n-all a nice stay.

Well there is a Shell gas station in parking lot with a variety store. Jeffries across the street live Music and excellent food. Try the braised ribs And carrot cake. Also a few Other restaurants.

I stayed over with my daughters after a long drive from Toronto and were very impressed and pleased with the hotel and how convenient the location is. However, the lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. She had an attitude and that wasn’t pleasant. Everything else was great.

The property was clean for the most part. The toilet was clogged when we checked in. We were given a plunger to take care of it ourselves, and told they were full so they couldn’t switch our room. The next morning staff never followed up on issue. The entire 2 days we stayed there no housekeeping stopped by to replenish towels or take trash. When we would ask for clean towels and wash clothes they always acted like it was limited supply. We spent two days total having to either use plunger for toilet or go down stairs to use lobby bathroom which had only one stall, because the other one was filthy with clogged toilet. The only time staff came to room was to borrow the plunger for another issue then return it back to us so we could keep using it instead of changing our room. There is absolutely no water pressure when showering. The beds were uncomfortable, u could feel the springs in your back, and bedding was super thin/lightweight.

Our room was luxurious, clean, and spacious. Check -in was friendly and quick. Breakfast options were a bit limited, and a lot of disposable waste, rather than reusable. Shower water pressure was a bit low, but the shower itself was great.

Very limited staff. Long waits. Difficult to get required towels or linens. Booked a room for 6 people and had to justify extra bed linens for the pull out and 6 towels, room was provided with only 2 towels. Because of limited staff anything has to be retrieved from the front desk, so after a long drive there’s no relaxing. Have stayed here a few times and seems to always be consistent.

I thought the room was very nice. I tried to contact Expedia to ask if I got a senior discount but could not get through at all. it would have been less expensive for me to directly book through the hotel to get AARP/Sr. discount.

We would definitely stay at this property again. The staff was welcoming and kind and the breakfast options were not the usual fare, but excellent and plentiful. The property is very near a McDonald's, Starbucks, and Jet's Pizza with easy access on and off the highway. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the room suited us very well with plenty of storage, counter space and even a full sized refrigerator and table.

Hotel location was good. The value was good. Very clean room. The tv was very small. It didn't work initially. The front desk clerk came to room to get it working. The AC could have been better. There was very little air movement in the room. The stay was average.

We had to get a new room because our toilet didn't work in the first room. Next room was ok. The breakfast was not very good, for the cost of the hotel, I expected a little better. Would have been nice to have a variety of teas, instead of 2.
