“My Charlotte, NC Trip Experience.”
The Hotel was a very beautifull, clean and quiet environment and very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and courteous. But the buffett breakfast was below par.
“The Sheraton Airport Hotel is attractive and handy”
The hotel is easy to find, and very convenient (only a few minutes away) to the airport and the car rental return.

Great staff,efficient airport shuttle,excellent dinner. I stayed on the consierge 8th floor and was provided a great room comfortable bed. No need to leave the hotel for a fine restaurant; "Oscar's" is excellent!
“A pleasant suprise”
We were coming off a rough travel day and were pleasantly suprised by the hotel. We got in rather late and they asked if we needed help with our luggage. We told them that our luggage ended up on a different flight and that we would need a shuttle to go back and retrieve it when it arrived on a midnight flight. That was no problem. They had a shuttle ready for us to go. In addition, the woman at tha counter gave each of us (my husband, me, and 2 young children) a bag with toiletries to get us through. We ordered room service since we hadn't eaten yet and it arrived promplty and was delicious. This was just a stop over hotel for us as we were continuing travel the next day so we didn't get to swim, but the pool looked very nice and was well kept. My only true complaint was that it wasn't easy to find, but once we got there, it was great.
“Service at the Next Level”
I must first say this.I am extremely critical in staying at a specific property due to being in the hospitality industry myself. With this said I stayed at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel as a get away from the real world. From the point of Check - In to the Lounge to the Breakfast the following morning I was more than satisfied with Every Aspect of the property and its employees. Simple this make a HUGE difference and this is what sets the Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel a cut above the rest. Thank You So Must for an Incredible Experience. See You Next Time ! !
“Very Happy, Will go Back !!!”
We had a wonderful visit. the staff was friendly. the hotel resturant was affordable and the food was wonderful. I would certainly return. We also really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool.

“Good Hotel with EXCELLENT SERVICE!!”
The hotel was extremely convenient (4 mins) from Charlotte Airport. The hotel wasn't gorgeous, but the service was excellent. Everything was very clean. I would stay there again, because the service was so great and it was clean and comfortable.
“Perfect choice for airport proximity.”
Hotel was definitely a cut above the typical airport hotels. Feels more like a resort hotel with a rather grand lobby and bar/lounge area. Enjoyed a workout in the very adequate fitness room followed by a refreshing swim in the indoor/outdoor pool. All in all, a very relaxing afternoon and evening after a twelve day business trip! Also enjoyed an excellent room service dinner.
