"Annual girls trip. Traveled to Charlotte for a concert and 4 day shopping trip. Normal hotel we stay in increased prices. Discovered this Hampton Inn and was pleasantly surprised we liked it more. Room was very spacious for 5 women. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean. Breakfast was decent. As mentioned in other comments we stressed about parking, but didnt end up having issues. Hotel is very close to many restuarants and shops."

"I have stayed here twice. It is close to restaurants, the mall, theater and Carowinds. I stay here when I attend pga tournaments and it’s a quick 5 mins drive to Ballantyne corporate park for the pga/quail hollow shuttles. The room was clean and spacious. The med was a bit too firm for me, but the linens were smooth. My complaint is a complaint that isn’t exclusive to this location. It seems every hotel I e stayed at recently there is ALWAYS someone getting high on their rooms. I smell...

"This was the best Hilton stay I've ever had. I was recognized for Honors status and taken very good care of. Just wish my neighbors weren't so inconsiderate but this was the hotels fault. "
