Guestrooms measure 506-1086 square feet with 10 inch ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Warm wood furniture and textured fabrics adorn each room and beds are dressed with 400-thread count Frette linens. The rooms feature built-in floor-to-ceiling armoires with safes. Bathrooms have dual vanities, built-in flat-screen TVs, two Ritz-Carlton signature terry bathrobes, and hair dryers. Other amenities featured in rooms include Wireless Internet access (surcharge), 42-inch LCD flat-panel TVs, DVD players, and iPod docking stations. Work desks with dual-line phones and voicemail access are included. Complimentary amenities include daily newspapers, twice-daily housekeeping, and overnight shoeshine.

“Ritz Stay”
Excellent
“Nice weekend getaway”
Hotel was exactly what you would expect from a Ritz. Speedy check-in, great service and great amenities. Ordered room service for breakfast one morning which was delivered timely and food was good. The hotel is new and opened less than one year ago so overall condition and location was excellent for downtown events. The hotel also had a great fitness area which included access to the suana, steamroom and relaxation lounge without an additional cost to hotel guests which was a nice bonus. Would recommend for business travel and or a weekend getaway.

From my room upgrade at check-in to the amuse bouche at dinner, these folks know how to treat a guest - and you definitely feel like a guest instead of a road warrior. It's nice to stay at a hotel where manners and politeness and smiles abound.

we booked in for a night away and had a wonderful time. everything was impecably clean and fresh. loved the tv in the bathroom mirror and all the special little touches, coffee machine,and divinely comfy bed. we cant recommend it highly enough.

You alway know what to expect at a Ritz Carlton and the Ritz Carlton charlotte was no exection. Fantastic Lobby and friendly staff. Not only do they make you feel special but they really believe it. The lobby bar was great with nightly music and Scott made sure all your needs were taken care of. The hotel is contected to many other huge business buliding via tunnels that have shops and food. very interesting. the Hotel is located across the street for the epi center that has countless bars and music as well as food. no need for a car.
