"In process or remodeling. Looks run down on the outside. Looks undesirable. The room was completely new. Very nice inside. Need to supply incidentals for travelers without due to unexpected stays."

"Exceptional stay. One of my favorite places to stay when I'm in town. It's quiet it's clean the rooms are spacious and well maintained with all amenities. The front desk is amazing with the hassle free check in and out. Quick easy process. The location is convenient walking distance to a few local restaurants and bars. "

"The hotel and front desk was excellent the room is very clean but has the smell of smoke when you walk into the toom even though its a non smoking room. And let me warn you this hotel back off the road behind some buildings but the area in front of the hotel on the main road is heavily ingested with jomeless people and drug dealers. "Bugs, dirty, falling apart. Had to check in behind bulletproof glass. mad sketchy. If you need a few hours between flights and need a place to crash for the night. It’s cheap as hell. If you can stand the disgusting room it’s a low cost option. I’d vote this the most likely motel to get raided by police in all of Charlotte. "
