Anne offered those extras, restaurant reservations, use of laundry room (we were there for 10 nights), welcoming tea and cake, treats for the evening, gluten free options, tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room, suggestions for site seeing, shopping, where to go, and what to do, and where to eat.
