Although clean, Hotel is in need of repair. Must get a rough crowd because they lock up the coffee and breakfast room(sometimes we like to sit at the table and have coffee) except for 6am til 9:30 am. Staff constantly reminds you of rules and two strike policy. Staff called and knocked on our door at night to tell us we were violating the noise policy and this was our first strike....but we and our kids were sleeping and they woke us up to say this. WHAT? Staff came into pool and told us theres no jumping in the pool. Not diving, jumping. We were the only ones in there. On sunday, the breakfast was chopped hard boiled eggs served hot ???. Lmao.

Hello, I believe you must have been misinformed about the coffee and breakfast, we only keep the doors closed to the breakfast area but the coffee is available 24hrs a day and we actually do not carry boiled eggs only scrambles and egg patties apart from other meat selections as well. As far as the pool, by law we have no diving or jumping signs s as our pool is not deep enough for safe diving. I appreciate the review as we take our guest feedback serious and use it to improve our property and staff. Thank you

We left in the middle of the night after discovering BED BUGS in room 302. Front desk tried to give us a different room, but wouldn't refund us. I was told the following day that a state licensed inspector had to inspect the room prior to any refund being issued. Inspector was scheduled for 6 days after we left. I'm sure by then, the bug issue will be ratified. Shady location with shady people. BEWARE!!!!!

What I didn’t like was children was allowed to run and play in the hallways well after 10:30 pm hitting on doors. The room above me was similar after 10:30 pm the kids were running in the room , jumping off the furniture sound like they were going to come thru the ceiling. This went on for at least 45 minutes both nights I was there. The beds need replacing all u could hear was springs popping every time you moved. The place really need upgrading.

While I’m used to 2 and 3 star hotels (I love the value), this hotel was below 2 star. The room I was in needed major renovation. The bathtub knob was broken and hard to turn off water The shower rod had been moved up and old holes weren’t plastered over. The ceiling in bathroom has brown water stains. The furniture was worn with many dents and dings and scratches. Paint was need on walls with lot of wear.

The rooms were great. There was so much potential. Too bad the staff is NOT CLEAN. My daughter hit the floor for 2 minutes without socks and her feet were filthy. How did we figure it out??? See pic below. I asked for the floor to be mopped. Didn’t happen. Also woke up to a roach in the bathtub. I was not surprised because it was not clean. They just overlook filth. Will not stay again.

The stay was exactly what my family was looking for, for our family vacation. The only complaint that we would have is that when we first checked in, my kids were excited to swim in the pool so we take our bags up and get our suits on. When we get to the pool it has stuff floating in it and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned, i didn’t want to disappoint my kids so I grabbed the net and cleaned out the pool. I am not a worker and I shouldn’t have to clean the pool, if you’re going to have it then you should maintain it properly.

Hotel carpets were filthy everywhere, pull out couch was dirty and stained. Everything smells like mildew. Stained ceiling in the shower. When we asked for bedding for the pull put couch, we were given a thin sheet and told that was all that was available. Other guests staying in the hotel were very disruptive, including during breakfast. We could barely walk in to get breakfast and they had left a horrific mess. There also wasnt much food available. For the price this hotel needs some major improvements.

Toilet in our room was running all night, food splatter on wall by door, freezer portion of mini-fridge had ice build up, and hotel did NOT have cribs/pack and play available (which the site said they had). The hot breakfast was overall good, but they started putting everything away before 9:30 am and we felt rushed. Also, there was no public bathroom available to use after we finished breakfast (we had vacated our room before breakfast to make our departure quicker). I also noticed trash in the parking lot (used condom is the item that stood out) and just generally run down. Also, they require $100 deposit at time of check in, and if you cover the deductible in cash and forget to collect it upon departure, they keep it (not credit your account or deduct it from what they charge your card).

Taken aback with disgust!
I wish I had taken pictures but the property was extremely dirty. The carpets and furniture in the room were stained and literally smelled horrible. The lounge was also very dirty. I am surprised that Comfort Suites management did nothing about this. I was happy we had booked only one night. In fact we wanted to change and go somewhere else but because it was already late night we decided to stay. Please do not recommend this hotel in Hotels.com. Thanks

First and foremost the name should be changed because it’s far from comfort. Gave me motel 6 vibes. The room was definitely overpriced and I paid way too much to not to be comfortable. Room is worth more like $20/night. The room was tiny and didn’t give a suite vibe. The pullout bed was stained and uncomfortable. Carpet was stained. Room had a mildew smell. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. No face towels provided and the front desk acted like they didn’t want to give us enough towels. The beds were uncomfortable, it was hard and felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. The pillows they offer are not standard pillow sizes and they are terrible. My family had to go purchase our own pillows. I tried to get moved to a different hotel but nothing was available in the area. I probably would’ve been more comfortable sleeping in my truck but I needed somewhere to shower.

Hotel room was very clean. It was a hassle free check-in and checkout. Complementary breakfast was ok too. One suggestion I would give is that, hotels now should start providing bidet spray in the toilets. Toilet papers are now outdated options and eventually would save money for them.
