This property does not match the description. No ice machine, smoking room, no tub. The property had overflowing trash and filthy. Room had ash trays and smelled of smoke. Staff very unfriendly and rude. I could not cancel and leave.

I had no problems whatsoever with this hotel. It was great to get in and get out of for a quick minded solo traveller. Thanks for a great nights stay!!

full of huge pets everywhere watch your step. Police’s were always there to escort someone off the property or de escalate a situation

The elevator was out of order the whole stay if we had to go somewhere we had to use stairs I have bad leg so that was inconvenient upstairs was loud door slams loudly

Great for the price. Extremely safe close to shopping and restaurants. I just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger sink was oddly placed next to the door.

Get what you pay for. Could even be cheaper to be honest without the breakfast. But 2 great things they offer is a shuttle which always takes us to the allstate arena for wrestling shows. and across the street they have heavenly bodies club which me and my buddies always enjoy!

Check in was awful. The clerk told me my payment to Expedia was declined, which it wasn’t. And made me pay again if I wanted to stay. So now I’ve been charged twice. And I’m sure I’ll have to jump through the hoops to get a refund. Just awful and I will never use Expedia again
