Great location. Nice rooms. Like the adjoining rooftop bar Unfortunately, our room was located next to the elevator mechanical room, and we could hear the elevator running up and down. It was quite noisy, except in the middle of the night when the elevator was not being used.

It was nothing special. It was nice and clean and safe, but didn’t have a friendly feel at all. No one ever said hi, and front desk was rather dismissive when we checked in. If it was $250/night I would be as harsh, but it was closer to $500/night, so I expected more. Like a bottled water left in the room. Anything a little beyond would have been appreciated.

The stay was enjoyable. My only complaint was upon check in. I was approached at my vehicle by a valet attendant asking how fast my car was and was told they do not except fast vehicles. Instead of being able to load my luggage and check in. I was held up going back and forth about parking, and was told the business prefers people with fast cars to use the self parking! Staying for several days and having several reservations to leave in and out for can get costly using self parking. This is something that should be posted on the website or told to guests beforehand. I would have never booked a stay if I would have known driving a certain vehicle could prohibit me from using the hotels valet services.

The property was great. Only a few things, no other restaurant besides rooftop deck, although it was excellent, no real breakfast option and no commissary to buy snacks/breakfast items. The roof deck is amazing, but noise from the music was clear in my room into late evening. Also, the rsvp system is not great at the rooftop deck for patrons of the hotel. $25 deposit and reservations just to have some dinner or a late night cocktail might be fine for outsiders, but as a hotel guess should be first come first served. Or best available.

I love that they kept the room very clean daily. You can tell the sheets were changed, bathroom was cleaned, etc. It was located in a nice location.

Nice hotel, good size room, nice rooftop bar. The windows are old and let in too much street noise and there are no filtered water fountains for filling a bottle so YAY lots of wasteful plastic bottles! (Apparently there is ONE in the gym whoopie!)

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. The restaurant/bar on the 4th floor has amazing views and a cool atmosphere.

I would say the hotel and room are great, the staff at the front desk are very helpful and extremely good at their job. But what brought down this whole experience here was the roofscape bar/lounge at night. I felt like I was at rowdy bar with no sense of direction from staff or management keeping things put together. Felt like the ambiance was more meant for partying than for relaxing and enjoying a nice meal and drink. I had to wait what felt like ages to get served and the fact that it was quicker for me to go up to the bar to get a drink then it was to wait for my server to bring me a drink is ridiculous ( my drink got warm in like 5min too lol) Also I would understand things taking time if it was busy but it was not packed by any means and the ratio for servers to guests seemed like those types of issues would be avoided. Lastly if I ask for my check and have to wait 10min for you to come back to give that to me that’s not okay, if I see you passing by me multiple times and you don’t bother asking if I would like anything or if there’s any recommendations you can give or really even just checking up on my table that’s just bad service. I don’t see myself coming back here for those reasons alone.

This location is literally prime, we honestly didn’t need a car and the hotel is beautiful. Loved the rooftop, room was spacious and the views were amazing! Would definitely stay again

Despite offering clean and spacious rooms suitable for families during our four-night stay, the lack of breakfast, room service, and complimentary parking was inconvenient. Furthermore, the additional $50 per day for parking was way too expensive. The hotel's location was excellent, but the overly soft mattresses impacted our comfort during our stay.

Room smell like someone is smoking in there. I asked the receptionist if i could change the room. They said they would call me back after 3pm and let me know when the next room was available but they didnt call me at all. Very disappointed
