"It is rather hard to get to Mai Chau but we think it is worth a visit. Staff is really friendly and nice but their English is not that good so google translate was a great help. Place is charming, comfortable but a bit basic.. The scenery is breathtaking and they lend you bicycle for a rideโ€ฆwhich we did! It was hard work but SO so worth it! La comunicacion con el personal es difรญcil sol o habรญa una persona que sabรญa inglรฉs pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas mรกs de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque deberรญa mejorar la atenciรณn directa con el cliente. "
