"We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. We had a room with two bedrooms, and it was huge. The place is uniquely designed and very nice. The staff is amazingly. Yean took care of us almost every day. He was excellent. "I was originally going to book a hotel near Boat Ave, I'm so glad I did not. On the way to Bang Tao from the airport, we drove past this area and it is not very pleasant. The drive from the airport to BWP takes 40 minutes and it is not a smooth ride. BWP is in an excellent position on the beach. Opposite there are 3 reasonable restaurants, a 7/11, money exchange, several atm's, several massage salons and a pharmacy. There is also a taxi service opposite, use them as they charge B100 less than...
