If you are questioning to book this hotel DO IT! ITS SERIOUSLY THE BEST and with the price i coukdnt believe the cleanliness, the friendliness, the safe the envirment was kid and pittie friendly. The management goes above and beyond for their guest to make them have the best experience. Everything is so clean and smells great no bugs no drugs or activities along those lines its quiet. The breakfast bar is ahhhmazing. The whole experience was so at home like coukdnt find a better hotel anytmwhere in the Cincinnati area. When we came on hard times they took away the stress of most of it. So easy and the best staff. BOOK IT YOU WONT REGRET IT

Room smelled like marihuana. Shower was cold. Poorly constructed building so you hear anytime someone closes their door or flushed their toilet. You get what you pay for.

The beds were not queen to start with. We had no blankets on the beds only flat sheets. The water barley any hot water. The water would go from cold to hot to come to hot so you had to quickly take a shower. There was only 2 towels in the room that slept 6 ppl. I'll never book with them ever again.

Misleading and disgusting
We checked in late, expecting the 2 Queen suite and the clerk said there was a mess up on their end and gave us two rooms with double beds instead for the same price. Upon entering one room, the door was already propped open, tv on, and the whole area smelled like Marijuana. Second room had one bed with what looked like blood splatter and stains on the thin bedding and pillow cases. It didn't have towels, the kitchen sink was clogged and did not drain, and floors were dirty. When we told the front desk, all we got was, "oh, I'm so sorry." The pictures are nothing like what they advertise online. Beware.

While price was a bit better than other options, it would have been worth the extra cost. This place was incredibly unclear. All the towels, pillows, and blankets had stains of some sort. We slept on top of the sheets because they had the least stains. Didn't even shower because the tub looked so dirty. All I can say is please invest in some bleach.

Ok but not a good clean hotel.
Hotel seemed dirty overall, our fridge didn't work when we checked in they had to send someone to fix it. It smelled of mildew and mold was visible inside. The TV didn't work in the room the beds didn't have comforters and when we did a bed check for bugs found the mattress protector was incredibly dirty with stains(but they weren't stains they rubbed out with a wash clothes and water). Found trash and food inside the pull out couch when we pulled it out to use. Breakfast was very basic and lacking.

We did not check in until around midnight and the front desk clerked seemed very overwhelmed and busy. He also seemed very confused when we asked about getting a garbage can for our room (see below). However, the gentleman working the desk the next morning was very apologetic and helpful. He offered to have housekeeping come in and clean our room, which we refused because we were not going to be in there and did not want anyone in the room while we were gone. We did stay both nights because we only needed a place to sleep and shower; however we will not stay here again. PROS: beds were very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, the location was really convenient to area attractions and restaurants CONS: multiple carpet stains and stains on the walls, kitchen area was VERY dirty, room smelled like cat pee, no garbage cans in room, no towels or washclothes (had to go to the front desk to get them), no pillowcases on some of the pillows (again, went to the front desk to obtain), the parking area had multiple areas that were inaccessible due to being roped off which made it difficult to access and park

Not worth the money. Even with how cheap it is.
The place was kinda run down. Hallways smelled awful of cigarette smoke. Bathroom was not very cleaned, and only had 1 towel. The kitchen sink was clogged up and had water sitting in the bottom.

People had dogs in the hotel I almost got bit by a pit bull and another kind of dog. The people was selling drugs outside. I woke up to blood all outside the front door of the hotel room a guy came in looking for another guy with a gun. This place didn’t use to be like this when I stayed there in 2021 it was a real nice place. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. I felt so unsafe I moved the couch to the door

The hotel room was soaked with cigarette smell. The couch had burn holes in it. The room was filthy as well as the lobby /check-in area. I would not recommend this hotel.

Didn't like it at all! When we were put in our first room, it had no hot water. They moved us to the next room down, but that room's TV didn't function. Complained about the TV, and nothing was done. People in the next room we're arguing so loud that it woke us up at 6:00 am. Spoke to who I am guessing was the owner, who did nothing about it! Arguing persisted for two hours. They didn't provide enough breakfast food for all of its visitors, so overall, most unpleasant stay!

Don't go here! I didn't get the suite I reserved and they said they would give me a $35 discount due to that and didn't. The carpet was dirty and stained. Damaged lamps. The employees was nice and helpful when needed. But the property was dirty, didn’t have what we needed in the rooms, security door was broke, holes are appearing by shower, linens were dirty on the beds, didn’t have clean washcloths, and it smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and stairwell.

We stayed in Suit 216 and it was fantastic. We own a good trailer and are working at the Ohio Renaissance Festival for 9 weekends in a row. The remainer of them all will be spent here! We love this place!!

I did not feel safe while there. The doors to the building leading to the rooms were frequently open and some of the folks standing around the building at night were a little creepy. The room also really smelled as well as the hallway area. When I wanted to speak with the front desk staff, I was told by the "cook" that he was only a cook and could not help me find someone to speak with and I should just stand there and wait.

Doesn’t live up to the rating.
So the folks who run this place are extremely friendly and kind, but the service was subpar. We were first put in a room that reeked of old cigarette smoke and chemicals. They did give us a different room on the third floor when we complained, but the air conditioning unit went out in this room and instead of moving us to a different room they had us stay there while they spent an hour messing with the air conditioning unit. Mind you, our newborn baby was in the room trying to sleep the whole time this ruckus was going on. We are beyond disappointed. The room was clean by teenage standards, but not by a parent’s standards. Dirty spots on the oven, “clean dishes” that weren’t. The room just didn’t look tended to fully. In the evening marijuana smoke was so thick in the hall we had to put a towel at the base of the door to keep the smell from coming in our room. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back to this location.

The entire property smelled very odd. Our room had a very strong odor that went away after opening the window. The sheets and pillows were stained. Multiple stains and burns on the carpet. Bathroom ceiling was peeling and there was no exhaust fan. No bath soap or rags provided. Room was still dirty but passable, stray hairs, paper trash, and dirty mirror. The pool was green.

This property has gone way down hill. The room was no cleaned properly. We found roaches and medication on the floor. The property said they would be putting a $50 incidental hold on my and ended up double charging me. We had to go through hoops to get the money refunded. They don’t answer their phones.

NEGATIVE STARS
Terrible! EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. Day 1, Breakfast Bar, waffles no syrup, no jelly, no nothing, cream cheese an open block for everyone to touch and use the same one. Toast… NO… chunks of bread…3 days we were there the same chunks of bread. The pool…bubbles in the pool.. Trash everywhere… floating stuff.. Trash and wrappers floating in the pool… day 3 someone had cooked outside in the grill area and had dinner and left dinner remains and pool area had chicken and chicken bones left by the side. The smell of smoke was so horrible. The carpets in the room were torn and ruined. Dishwasher full of maybe clean dishes, maybe dirty dishes. Not sure. Hunting for front desk help in the hotel to find toilet paper and a new garbage bag was an adventure. No-one was ever working the front desk help was outside smoking and had a group of people sitting when we checked in and actually asked “do you need the front desk?” Bathroom overhead light had no cover And wires were hanging. NO HOUSEKEEPING. No blankets On the beds on sheet.The list goes on and on. Just be wise and stay somewhere else, had we not traveled so far to meet family and already bought advance tickets to events we would have CHECKED out and went home.

Great Value & Friendly!
First time stay, but I will definitely use the motel in the future. I thought it was a great value for a suite, the property was maintained, and perhaps the friendliest staff I've ever met, at a value priced location. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I always travel with my own food. I especially liked the location for future visits with my dog, as you are away from the main drag, and it's quite shady.

Worst stay EVER!
There are people living there with multiple kids; marijuana smelled up the whole 3 floors; trash was laying all over the halls; car parts were stood up at the end of the building; there was no using a key to enter the building because the door was busted; pool was closed; no comforters in the rooms; we had full size beds instead of queens; for 3 people there were only two sets towels; when I went to check out the person was asleep at the desk. People were pulling tables out and playing games in the parking lot! The cable did not work as stated - they eventually just quit working. No photos necessary just go look!
