“Friendly Staff”
All but one of the staff (Starbucks) were so friendly and helpful especially our shuttle driver. We loved the shuttle service. We were able to go many places we may not have gone. The lobby was inviting. The room was comfortable.
“Cleveland 2012”
The staff was excellant,friendly,very helpfull and always polite.The hotel its self was well located to our needs and even had a shuttle for that rainy cold day! Thank you Doubletree!

“Very Good Experience”
Everything was very good, clean room, nice people at the desk, they were very helpful with all my questions. Parking was easy. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and of course the cookies.
“Cleveland Hotel”
I was very impressed. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I really liked the being able to take the hotel shuttle bus instaed of having to get a cab.
“Great Stay!”
My husband and I and a group of friends traveled to Cleveland for a Ravens game this past weekend. The hotel was just great! The staff was more than accomodating! There is a shuttle which will take you anywhere you'd like to go in the city....restaurants, bars, one shuttle driver even took us to a CVS store so that we could get tailgating 'supplies'! The lounge in the restaurant was also a plus, with good bar food for pregame and postgame festivities! There is also a Starbucks so "Hello, Morning!" The hotel is withing walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Browns stadium but the shuttle will take you there and pick you up if you don't feel like walking! Only drawback was the maid came early Sunday morning to clean our room and we told her to come back. She never did. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we return to Cleveland.

Staff was very professional. Allowed us to check in an hour early. Love the check in cookie!!
“Great experience”
First of all, the staff was awesome. They greeted us like they were happy we were there, and allowed us to check in early with no problems. They even gave us fresh warm cookies with our key. The room was as described and a perfect location to walk to both the Rock and Roll HOF and Cleveland Browns Stadium (plus Science Center). The only concern about the location was there were really no restaurants to walk to easily, but the hotel has that covered too. There was a van shuttle that would drop you off and pick you up at any location after a quick phone call. The staff on the shuttle was extremely friendly as well. Overall this was a great experience, and I plan on returning here more often for our yearly trips to the city with friends. We typically stay in Westlake, but can't beat this.
“Location is excellent, employees are very hospitable, great Cleveland hotel!”
Employees went out of there way to make sure your stay was comfortable. The location exceeded expectations. I will be staying at an Double Tree the next city I am traveling to.
“downtown Clevland Doubletree”
I enjoyed my stay and it was very convenient to manny attractions in the Clevland area. Would stay again hands down.
