“Will never stay anywhere else”
This was a great place to stay. I will always stay here when going back to Cleveland. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff loaned me his own umbrella, so I could go to my son's graduation and not get soaked! Beds are comfortable. No noise from planes. Good place. Half hour from Oberlin College; twenty minutes to Cleveland.

easy acess to airport and parking the car a breeze. Staff very accomadating and even though at the airport, getting to area restaurants is easy because of hotel shuttle

“Perfect airport location”
Airport hotels are not always the most welcoming of places, however, this was one of the exceptions. There was a check-in desk for the hotel in the arrivals area of the airport , but this was unmanned when we arrived at around 5pm (?). Excellent staff and extremely comfortable and attractive amenities made a positive impression upon arrival. Rooms, small but clean and comfortable, were fine. Dinner and breakfast were adequate if somewhat limited in their choice. All the staff that we encountered were both friendly and efficient and nothing seemed too much trouble. Location was perfect, being literally minutes from check-in which eliminated anxiety about shuttle frequency and making flight times. In summary, a well located and comfortable hotel which one can have confidence in.
“Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient”
I will stay here any time I am in Cleveland. It's within 5 minutes of the airport, very comfortable and well maintained. Employees are friendly and helpfull. It's very easy to get downtown to all the sights. The only negative was that the maid knocked on our door at 8:30 in the morning both days we were there.
