This property is a gem and the staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and the amenities were spot on. My only complaint is the fact that, as “early-to-bed” people, the loud music and voices coming from the bar area kept us up later than we had wished.

saturday night we wanted to get a steak for my husbands birthday. This was a birthday weekend. Everything was booked. The chef at the bar in the quarters went out bought us two steaks -cooked them to perfection and we had a special dinner right there in the General QUARTERS BAR. IT WAS LOVELY This is a unique and wonderful place. Highly recommend it.

Great place. Very comfortable B&B in old restored pre-civil war home. Cozy, intimate bar with great service and drinks. Only regret is we didn’t have more days to enjoy it. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Golf Tournament Stay
We were in town for the 5A State Golf tournament. We throughly enjoy our stay at the General’s Quarters. Everything was just as described. We were very pleased with it all!

Our three day stay at The Generals' Quarters was the low point of our ten day vacation. Their check in process was non-existent. The emergency number provided via email was of no use. We only obtained access to the property because another guest assisted us with the process. The same thing happened to two other guests, whom we assisted with entry, who encountered the same non-existent check in process as we had.encoutered on two successive nights.

There was no one there to check us in. I finally got a text password for the door so we were able to get in where our keys were waiting for us. When I made the reservation on line it said it included breakfast, but there is no breakfast on Monday morning. Not even coffee. We never saw any hotel worker or owner.

The property and rooms were beautiful. Check-in was easy. Located in an historic area and walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. I had thought breakfast was included, but in the room is a small menu of bagels and pasties for a charge. That was no problem, but there was none there to purchase it from. Small cut bar, but again no staff.

Friendly folks, if you are afraid of the dark this is the place to sleep with all the light streaming into the room from the hall lights and the outside floodlights. Beds were OK but couches in the room were terribly uncomfortable, end tables and lamps could be improved to be more usable.

The location is the properties best feature. There was NO manager on sight. We asked for a downstairs room, I recently had knee surgery, but we were given an upstairs. I explained I made the reservation thru expedia, but called the hotel to confirm a downstairs room and spoke to a young lady that assured me would would have a downstairs room with NO stairs. In the mornings there was NO coffee offered, we made it ourselves. The sofa bed was like sleeping on 2 doors. The heat never got to the bathroom and it was about 50 degrees in there. Our bathroom had a clawfoot tub that was impossible for me to use. All and all it was a mother daughter weekend that could have been made better if the staff had listened. Making guest happy did not seem a priority. Live and learn! Inexperienced is the word for The General's Quarters.

We really enjoyed our stay. This newly renovated property has been updated while keeping all of the character of a historic landmark. Conveniently located downtown within close proximity of some of the town’s best restaurants. Quaint, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

Excellent rating. Friendly staff/ helpful. Very quiet and safe. They are still working out a few kinks in their reopening. But are open to requests. Would like to come and spend a week sometime. Corinth is very nice.

Overnight Stay at the General's Quarters
This newly completely renovated hotel is absolutely beautiful and is located in a great neighborhood. My stay here was well worth the value. My room was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with great water pressure. I only have good things to say about this property and will definitely stay here again.

Best In Corinth!
Wonderful old home with gracious host. It’s a winner! Wish I lived there. Breakfast was yummy. Room was very comfortable. Plenty of complimentary snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, etc. Just can’t say enough good things about this BnB.
