Amazing
Amazing 6 stars hotels. Super impressive decoration and shopping experience. It is giant to ealk around. The bed is a bit too hard for non Chinese people.

Room was a bit small, however the condition was good, room is nice. The shower was the problem for me, the hot water system was bad, it was either too cold or too hot.

The location of this property was very convenient. The hotel has so so many facilities inside it - so many shops, restaurants, food court, coffee shops, teamlab super nature and not forgetting the casino. The in-room dining service was excellent and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very very clean. In my 12 years of traveling, this is the best hotel I have stayed in so far and I would love to be stay here again whenever I come back.

Beautiful Hotel, good service! Holiday season check-in usually has long line. Just one feedback: booked non-smoke room but still can smell strong smoke outside the room in hallway.

Luxurious breakfast spread
Got a room with view and breakfast. View was pretty awesome although it’s on the pricey side. Breakfast spread was insanely luxurious, with lobsters served. Overall a pretty comfortable stay. Note: There’s nothing much to do for folks who don’t visit the casinos.
