"Up There is one floor of a commercial building. The rooms are perfect! We got the Matejuska room, which has the harbor view and it was amazing! The whole week we were there, the only sounds we heard were doors opening! The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is no night staff, contact information is in every room. The walk to the old town is a reasonable distance for us but may not be suitable for everyone. "What a cozy place to stay! In spite of the stairs required to reach my room, it was well worth it! Great service and location!"

"Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik. "
