The pool and hot tub were under repair. I was told at check-in that I should have been called or sent an email. Neither had occurred, nor was it on the expedia website. Disappointed, but satisfied with the hotel and room.

Like the room we get like the pool are love hanging in the lobby having a couple beers by the fireplace . The employees are all nice good crew housekeeping GM and the front end people are great .

The customer service was outstanding. The desk clerk was very friendly. We only encountered 2 problems: someone tried propping open the side door late at night with a rock. That was sketchy so we closed it. The other one is the noise. You can hear the tubs/showers running in the room next to us and above which wouldn't have been bad if our tv was on, but it was before 7am. Other than that, the room was clean and the hotel is very nice.

When we checked into the hotel there was a group of teenaged boys staying there and our room was next to one of theirs. They were getting rowdy and raising a lot of noise, so we went down to the desk and asked the manager for a room change and she gladly accommodated us. Our new room was very quiet and clean and the breakfast in the morning was hot, plentiful and delicious. This hotel is well maintained and expertly managed, will definitely stay here again.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!
When I arrived it was snowing. I parked in a spot, where it seemed like it was shoveled and I would have no issues getting in and out of the parking spot. When I went to start my car and wanted to leave the premises, I notice I was plowed in. I tried backing my car out of the spot, but got stuck. I went to the front desk and I told the gentleman at the front desk. He asked me why I parked there and he told me where the shovel was because he has no time to shovel me out. I found him to be rude and abnoxious. My room smelled of marijuana. When I had told the front desk, again the gentleman told me it was from the CBD store next door and he couldn't do anything about it. My friend's rooms toilet had urine all over the toilet and again the gentleman had said that the room was inspected before she was given her keycard. And she must have had an accident. Her room also smelled of smoke.

Dear Ausra,Please accept my sincere apologies regarding the incident that occurred with your vehicle the day of the snow storm. I am very sorry my front desk staff member was unable to help you. He was the only staff member here at the time you asked him to shovel you out and he was correct in telling you he was unable to leave the hotel as a staff member must be in the hotel at all times. He did come out and look at the car so he could take a picture and contact the snow plow company to come back and get you out. When he saw your car it looked like it had already been shoveled out by the two gentleman that were doing so earlier that day. I also looked at the pictures he took and am not quite sure why your vehicle was unable to get out of that parking spot. Regardless, I am very sorry he was rude to you. He did try and get someone to help but you had already gone back to the meeting room for your scrapping event. I do hope you were able to get out ok when you left as we did have additional hotel staff in at 3pm during the shift change that went back out to see if anyone needed additional help. I am sorry your room smelled of marijuana. Unfortunately some guests bring it into the hotel and even if they do not actually smoke it the smell is so pungent it doesn't matter. This has been an ongoing problem since it became legal and we are doing everything humanly possible to figure out a way to alleviate the smell. I even purchased marijuana bags that conceal the smell to keep at the front desk but nobody seems to care to use them. We were not sold out that weekend and we could have moved you to another room if you would have liked.I did speak to the ladies in question about the urine on their toilet seat and they did say there was some dried in the very back of the toilet where the bolts are and not all over it. I am having a very difficult time with the fact he told them they must have had an accident as they did not mention that when I had a discussion with them about their room. This is no excuse for an employee of mine being rude but I am just trying to get the facts straight. Perhaps we should talk about this as I have zero tolerance for any employee of mine to be rude to any guest. Again, Please accept my sincere apologies for the way in which you were treated. The staff corrected a problem Expedia made when they sent the booking over to the hotel. I booked a room with 2 Queens, but Expedia sent them a single King booking; the clerk and I confirmed this. He was very helpful and moved us into a double. If it's important that you get a particular kind of room, I recommend calling the property to confirm the booking was sent to them properly. By the way, nice place but bring your own pillows:)

I loved that the room had a living room and a door to the bedroom. It was very clean with plenty of towels and blankets. There were many options for breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were delicious!

Clean, quiet. Felt safe in area. Breakfast area too small and crowded, but I waited an hour and had the place to myself. Breakfast is nothing spectacular, but it was decent, fresh and plentiful. Standard fare, eggs, sausage, etc. Breakfast area clean and well stocked. Parking lot well lit and enough spaces.

Always seem to wait for the luggage cart!
4 out of the last 5 times we have stayed here there was no cart available to get our luggage to our room. This is not the hotel's fault - but guests who are not considerate to other guests who need the carts as well.

It upsets us as well when we have to hunt them down due to an inconsiderate guest who is to inconvenienced to return them. Very frustrating.
