We enjoyed our stay very much the staff was very nice. The rooms were big and clean. It was in an easy location to get around and not to loud. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic hotel!!
For value for money this place was amazing!! The room was huge, gave us a free upgrade which was so kind of them. A decent selection at breakfast and great location!! Couldn’t complain about anything. Plus the free bikes were such a great bonus for cycling to the beach.

The location of this hotel can’t be beaten, just north of the Old Town and a short walk to all the major attractions. The room was a bit scruffy and the shower needed some work, but the location, price and quality of service was just great.

This is a great hotel to stay in Hoi An. Good for families and couples visiting the area. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The Hoi An Old Town is about 8 min away by foot. One of the days we were at the hotel we order room service for dinner and the food was good, cheap and the portions were big as well. The pool was nice and the property was safe and pretty. Totally recommend this place for anyone staying in Hoi An.

A beautiful property with a nice outdoor bar and pool. Room was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. A small balcony, but no chair and too many bugs to use. Breakfast buffet was pretty small considering the size of this hotel. There was a tour group having breakfast at the same time as us and it was way too crowded. The line for eggs was too long to wait. They should have a bin of scrambled for those in a hurry. The one thing we really did not like was upon checkout, they made us wait while they checked the room. We have stayed at thousands of hotels around the world and have never had that happen.

I liked the hotel I went three nights, which rained. The hotel was not full. I asked for an umbrella from reception and they told me that they had already delivered the ones they had ... They never gave me one ....

Absolutely perfect
Awesome, modern hotel. Very clean, wonderful buffet breakfast. Location was perfect, we rode bikes into the ancient town (5 mins). Staff are friendly, attentive and always wearing a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We will be back for sure.

Amazing stay in Hoi An
We loved the Emm Hotel. It was an amazing choice. The local area is perfect. Just outside the busy old city but so much in walking distance. Also their beach shuttle is a great asset.

Mediocre. Better hotels around.
The room was ok, aged decor and you could see the room needed refurbishing. It was very hot and the AC in the room was weak and still left us feeling hot. The staff were friendly and helpful but most of their English was poor making asking for things difficult. Do NOT book tours through the hotel, overpriced and better companies out there. The location was pretty good, 15mins to the town centre.

I wouldn’t classify this as 4 star hotel. It’s clean and staff try their best, but they haven’t been trained on what 4 star service looks like. For example, they called and woke us up at 6:45am to ask when we’re checking out. This is after they asked us to move rooms because there were Vietnamese families checking in wanted the rooms next to each other. The hotel itself is very noisy. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hall. And you can see and hear the busy traffic while at the pool - not so relaxing

Worth a visit
Perfectly located for the old town (about a 10-15 minute walk, but away from the commotion and the noise) and close to a small street offering lots of options for street food and bia hoi, this suited us well for three nights in Hoi An. The hotel itself is very clean, has a great restaurant and bar (you can eat or drink by the pool, if you're not out exploring), lent us bikes to go to the beach and otherwise suited our needs.

Loved it so much we extended our stay
EMM Hotel was fantastic! There were bicycles that we could sign out to get to the beach and around Hoi An (for free) and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had to check out at 6AM and the staff had a take-away breakfast box for us! The room was open and we had a beautiful view of the pool. Breakfast was included, which was a total bonus, and there were lots of options for breakfast foods.

Spacious, clean and convenient
About a ten minute walk to the old quarter. Just 2 year old hotel , well designed, not noisy. Spacious rooms, excellent hot water. Astoundingly fast wi fi Adequate breakfast in large room next to pool. Would recommend.

My wife & I stayed for 3 nights in April. The staff are always smiling, friendly and helpful. Excellent service! Overall, the locals in Hoi An at the eating places and shops generally are also very nice. The hotel is new & well maintained. We like the decor and design, and in particular there's lots of flowers, plants and trees at the front of the hotel and a nice pool with poolside bar. Just across the street, there's a nice cafe with good food at reasonable prices. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the main commercial area and further 10 minutes to the ancient town/riverside, which is a minor downside (especially in the afternoon sun). Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The environment of the hotel is quiet and relaxing. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. A little bit far from ancient town. Overall is good.

The staff talk to us and smile to make us satisfied. They are polite and fluent in English. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so you can enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the old town, but along the way you can find local shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. It's a short taxi ride to the beach (I walked for an hour each way, but along the way I stopped at the Tra Que area, where is famous for its organic vegetables). The room is clean and spacious with simple colors. Water is served in reusable glass bottles rather than plastic bottles, giving a sense of the environment. The breakfast has enough items to satisfy me, including the egg station and pho station. I will definitely come back to EMM Hoi An again.
