The AC in my room had a broken panel which was hazardous as temp control, mode switches had plastic completely peeled off and without remote to regulate temperature i had to press on the broken plastic often exposing myself to the underneath electric panel. I was astounded when the front office when contacted insisted that this was not dangerous which was an unacceptable justification

The property had no wifi when ibchecked in on the 2nd floor. I was told it was called in. Moved to the 1st floor the next day becausebi was told it would be better and the wifi was still not working. My rental was an EV car and the front desk had no idea about the chargers outside and put it on the rental car office and they put it back on the hotel. TV had no guide or card giving the channels. The door didnt seem to be the on correctly because i had to force it open and to close it.

False advertisement, states they have 24 airport shuttle but they didn't have shuttle to pick me up and couldn't drop me off to the airport because they Said the shuttle didn't start running till 9am. , also had to switch rooms due to AC being broke and was charged a $30 fee for checking in early.

The property was updated and the grounds well managed. There is electric vehicle charging stations and even a Budget and Avis car rental kiosk on the side entrance to the hotel! I felt safe as a solo traveller. 24 hour reception. Quick easy Uber drive from DFW. Hotel shuttle only runs weekdays until 5 pm. There is a Benihana restaurant next door. My room was clean and spacious! Also updated. Fridge and microwave. Breakfast was hot and standard. Good rates! Def recommend!

Liked the property but it does need some improvement in the cleaning area . sheets had a smell and the restroom bathroom sink would get clogged and the tub wasn’t clean ether other then that everything else was great .

Every time a door slammed my entire bed shook. I thought someone was jumping on the bed, but I was the only one in the room. The guests on my floor were loud, slamming doors and smoking something that is illegal in Texas. That wouldn’t normally bother me, but combined with the loud talking it was too much.

Excellent location for a quick stay in Dallas. Not too far from the DFW airport and there are plenty of quality dining options nearby. Complete with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. The Comfort Inn & Suites is true to its name. Do consider it if you’re planning a trip to Dallas.

The property is quiet and clean but lacks in some areas. The in-room safes are permanently locked (out of service), the beds have three small pillows instead of standard size pillows, the wifi was non existent in our room (304) and our bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was nice but could benefit from upgraded toiletries.
