The property and room was dated and needs a refresh badly. Even though we were on time for breakfast on both days that we were there, they were out of food at breakfast both days. And they did not have any soap in the rooms! No hand soap and no bars of soap and it didn't seem to concern the staff; we were told to use shampoo or the body wash our hands! They could have mentioned they were out when we checked in so we could have run out to get some. We don't plan to stay here again.

Fairfield Inn& Suites by Marriott Dallas Mesquite was decent. The room was clean and the parking was easy. They didn't have a lot of good breakfast options to choose from which was disappointing.

I booked on here the night before thanksgiving I had my daughter I’m a truck driver my time was out and guess what they wouldn’t let me get my room!!!!! They give people booked through them priority while still collecting money off this app!!! I sat in the inside with no room watching people get rooms after me devastated and it takes 7-10 for a refund I’ll never book here again

Great stay!
Spend a weekend here due to a business training and I would definitely stay again! Close to highways a mall and a variety of restaurants. Breakfast was good 😊

The hotel was a little older but clean. I loved the easy access to old town and shopping. Great location. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled and needs to be refreshed. There was a large cockroach on the bath room counter. The host was niced and allowed a change of rooms, which was better, but still had old musty smells.

Overall Disappointed in Mesquite Fairfield
This hotel is in dire need of an update. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The hotel is centrally located but was surrounded by highway construction making navigation at night a little tricky. We usually stay at the Drury hotel chain, which has a great free breakfast. My husband, who usually loves breakfast, said the scrambled eggs were undercooked, and he only tried breakfast one day. There were dead crickets along the wall next to our table causing me to question cleanliness. The elevator was dirty the length of our stay. The sheets either had been washed too many times or just weren't clean. I noticed a blood stain in the corner of the comforter. I regretted not bringing a black light flashlight with me. We had driven a long way, were only staying for 3 -nights, and I did not have the energy to search for another hotel. There was a Dallas Cowboys game that weekend. Bottom line--this is the first and last time we stay at a Fairfield Inn & Suites.

What I booked is not what I got. I booked for a king suite with a queen bunk bed and separate room and living room, but I didn’t get it. I was switched to a two queen bed which was cheaper than a suite . The bathroom tub and sink were dirty. The drawer was damaged, the bathroom fan vent was broken and didn’t work. Just imagine taking a shower and the vent doesn’t work and the weather was in the 100s. I was switched to another room two days later. The third room was worser than the second one because one of the bed was squeaking every time my husband and I moved around. The worst part is when we saw a big roach but we find out it was a water bug that looked like a roach . I was screaming my gut out because it’s was disgusting. I was so disappointed about some of the employees were so rude and unprofessional. They were upset because I was complaining. Anyone all I want is the difference money I was owned from the suits room to the two queens room.
