Incompetent in room dining. Used four different iOS devices, and couldn’t get the QR code to load up the menu. Called down to have the menu Xeroxed, and delivered 20 minutes later. Called down to place an order, and was forwarded to the concierge as in room dining would not pick up. A young man answered, who sounded very confident, and took our order. An hour later, we found out that the order was never submitted! That’s a no bueno. BIG TIME. We will be staying with the Marriott next time, to compare services.
