Hot tub broken. Breakfast buffet $20 a person and I have had better continental breakfasts at lesser named hotels that were better. Cost me $50 for 2 nights parking, which is ridiculous. For what I paid for the rooms the extra costs for a not so spectacular stay helped me make up my mind that I would not ever stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. Go next door to the Hilton Anatole.

The hot tub bleached our swimwear on night one. On night two, the hot tub was not working, there was no notice or signage eluding to this, so we found out by getting in the cold “hot tub”, afterwards we asked the front desk and they said it hasn’t been working since morning. The marijuana smoke coming from the room next door down, was so thick it leached into my room stinking up the place. The breakfast buffet was $20 a person (highway robbery) for eggs poured out of a carton and some hard as rock biscuits. I have had free continental breakfast’s at cheaper hotels that were better. I will also add that I had to pay $50 for two night’s parking in less than par parking lot. For the money that I paid for 2 nights stay, plus the $100 extra I spent between one crappy meal and parking, it’s safe to say I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I definitely won’t be staying here again.

The air conditioning in our room did not work . They charge and extra 25.00 a night for parking . My car was stolen from there parking lot you have to pay to use. They required me to pay a third parking fee for the replacement car I had to get even tho I already paid for parking for both nights for my original car which didn’t last 1 hr in there parking lot . There security guard watched my car get stolen and did nothing nor reported it to the police

Location and views were great however, i had to move several times due to ants being in my rooms. I stayed at the hotel for 9 days and had moved rooms 4 times and was bitten by ants. I coild not leave food in a sealed container on the counter or ants would be all over it in the morning. They came and spared the last room i was in but the ants came back. I was tired of moving at that point and they did not have a room available that had the same view. Otherwise, the rooms were clean for the most part. One of the rooms had not been swept. I assume they took the area rug out the sitting area but forgot to sweep afterwards. They did give me club access and comp'd 2 nights for all the inconveniences but i feel more could have been done. I was in two different rooms on the 8th and two different rooms on 10th floors. The ants are truly my onlu complaints. It really made my stay not as enjoyable and costed me a little more more as i was unable to keep leftovers in my room. The ants were in the bedroom alomg the wall by the vent and in the other 3 rooms on the counter only if something wa left on there. They were even crawling on my collegen shake powder and its also in a sealed container. I didnt like that dogs were allowed in the esting areas.

Parking wasn’t my favorite since the only option is $47 as a hotel guest but otherwise it was a great stay. Room was clean and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful during check in and out. We would definitely stay here again if necessary. The balcony was cute too.

Hot water in our room 315 didn’t work at all. There’s a $25 parking fee for every 24hours. No where in the booking did it mention that.
