"Stacey the front desk clerk on 06/07/2026, chose to argue with me a paid guest around $190.00 for the room to be exact…instead of Stacey helping me to switch to a different rooms that I booked, clearly it shows a balcony and oceanfront view where we are high above can see the waves and not bottom ground level the pictures shows on Expedia, Natuica"

"Me and my friend booked a room about three weeks in advance. We looked at the terms and agreements before booking and it was stated that you had to be 18+ to check in. We drove 4 hours just for the rules to suddenly change. If you are under 21 don’t trust the website and don’t waste the gas just to be met by a passive aggressive concierge."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Perfect views from every room. Easy beach access. Breakfast was above and beyond. They lady doing breakfast was so friendly. Property is well maintained and has a cool little sitting area with fires to keep you warm. Within walking distance of food and shopping gas well. Plenty of parking. We will 100% book here again next yr!!"

"The pool and hot tub were great. Also, beach access was convenient. That's about where the positives end. The room was filthy. Ants everywhere. There was Carmel corn (not ours) under the chair in the living space that was swarmed with ants and a trail coming from the patio door. Bathroom had ants coming out of the wood work and a spider had made its home in the corner complete with dead bugs. I only mention this because it shows that it hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Dead bugs in all the window sills. The sheets had what I'm sure is a blood stain, that I only noticed after sleeping in them. I'll stop there. You get the idea."

"We fully enjoyed our stay, we were given a special offer and that was so appreciated. We were in the last room by the door to go outside in the back. It was a little noisy at times and was making our dogs bark. The bed was comfortable, we had breakfast in the morning. We were at the beach for our 29th anniversary. Thank you so much , we will keep you in mind when we come to the beach."
