Good Choice for Family with Young Children
Definitely for family choice with young kids. The kids enjoyed the horse riding, petting zoo, greenhouse, and the swimming pools with long water slide!

This wasn't our first stay here. The reason we've always come back was everything about this hotel is superb. The breakfast spread is a winner. The only thing that I wish Eastparc would improve is its lobby. Customers need to have a place to sit while waiting, especially when we come in a group. Eastparc has rented out its lobby for businesses, which is a big disappointment.

Nice hotel but not for pool's staff
Nice hotel, including very good pool but less helpful pool staff, because he did not clean the pool very early in the morning before hotel quests using it. Even there is a tool for swimming competition (not having use but already on the pool). This tool is really burden me to swim. The quality of the food for the breakfast is also declining

I am very pleasantly surprised by how politeand courteous the staff are here at Eastparc. Constantly having a smile on their faces enhances my experience here. Rooms are clean and comfortable with big space. Breakfast, having a lot of variety with international choices. I came from Singapore with my family here for a school holiday. Location to shopping mall is good as well.

As far as I remember, this is the only hotel I frequently stay at whenever I am in Yogyakarta, at least for the last three years. Staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel amenities are good.

Beautiful Hotel
A very nice hotel. Good for family or business outing. The staff is very polite, thumbs up for Ms. Desi of the F&B and the rest. Eventhough the hotel is not really near to Malioboro St but taxis & grabbers are very efficient.

Holy breakfast buffet, and a waterslide!
Yogja has tons of mid-range hotels, and picking one is almost impossible. After looking at other reviews, we booked this one, which was a great choice. It's 3km from the airport, and a quick cab ride. Slightly slow check-in, but friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing, an on par with some of the best five star hotels. Really surprising for this category. They also have a nice pool waterslide.

The Best Team
We had a lovely stay at Eastparc. The team at this hotel are amazing! They make all the difference. They are so genuine and attentive to all your needs. They go all out to make sure that your stay us comfortable. And it most definately was! The rooms were lovely and clean. The enironment is beautiful. It is close to the airport, 10mins away. Theres Amburukko Mall just 5 mins away by car and 10mins if your walking. Definately a hotel of my choice!

Very nice hotel and pleasant staff
I booked the hotel for 8 nights. From the moment we stepped foot in the hotel we were greeted by a very pleasant and attentive staff. To be honest, it felt like we were getting the V.I.P. treatment. We ate dinner at the hotel on our first night there and received complimentary drinks and dessert. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. We had a balcony room with a king-sized bed on the 5th floor overlooking the pool area. When we arrived, there was complimentary snake fruit and bakpia in the room. We utilized the gym 3 to 4 times during our stay and tried the pool once. Footnote: After the second night of dining at the hotel, I paid in cash but the waiter did not have the proper change so I left the rest as a tip. On the following night when I went to settle the bill I had a different waiter but he reminded me that I had over-paid the night before so I did not need to pay the full amount.

During our stay here, my Wife had written a review of a not so good experience at the hotel and with the travel agency, Sigra Tours. To our surprise, an executive assistant manager approached us the next morning to find out more. She chatted with us and attempted to empathise and better our stay at the hotel. However, we did not have a good feeling about her as she had an air of arrogance and came across as very insincere. The following days were not any better as we both felt like every staff were made aware of us and we had many of them checking in with us a lot. This made us feel very conscious and uncomfortable. Although we appreciated the hotel's efforts to do something about our feedback, it was very obvious that there was more concern about the rating of the hotel. The hotel in itself is beautiful, the room and bed was comfortable, the food was delicious and most of the staff were very friendly and polite. On surface it does come across as an excellent hotel, in some ways it is. But there were several things that made me question if it really was a 5 star hotel: - The air conditioning was set at a default temperature. So even if we reduced it, it went back to 25 degrees. The technician had to be called twice before he came to the room. He shared that it was a server issue but the issue was not resolved. We were also not updated about the outcome of the technician inspection. - The room smelled bad whenever the electricity was not on. Had to wait for the air fresh

Very accommodating. Better than some of the 5 stars hotels that i have been in South East Asia. Quality of the services is top notch. Stayed there for 3 nights for my honeymoon. Staff, from bellboy to laundryman, were very helpful, very lively and always have smile on their faces. Felt very welcome everytime we entered the hotel. Various choices of breakfast, from western, indian/ arabic, japanese to local. They have their freshly baked bakpiah- local Jogja pastry. Very tasty. Lastly, got a surprised birthday cake from the staff. So nice of them. Keep up the good, quality services. Would definitely return to this hotel.

I booked the premier room. Situated on the ground floor. Have balcony facing pool of water. Very nice and comfortable room and it has a fragrance dispenser which sprays at interval of an hour maybe. They give plenty of mineral water and everythig in the fridge is free. Can't expect them to provide more. Just that the room service staff is a bit slow and I waited for my dinner for almost na hour and had to call to sort of re-order

As always, Eastparc never fails to impress =) Although it is not the most centrally located hotel around the shopping belt, there are shopping malls close by. The room was spacious and well kept. The staff attended to all of our requests. They were very attentive and helpful. We kind of have an emergency as my partner's shoe came apart. We weren't able to go out to get another pair as that was the only pair of shoes we brought along. The hotel staff make a good effort to mend the shoe for us and it was a great help for us for the mending was so good that we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip in comfort. Definitely my choice hotel whenever i return to Yogya =)

Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service
I would rate this hotel 6 stars if I could - it is that amazing! It is relatively new, clean, well-managed and run by genuinely wonderful staff. Free Wifi with strong signal and great food! Would love to write more but this review is limited to 1500 characters... just know that this is a perfect hotel I could not find one thing to complain about.

A great ladies getaway
This is a real value for money hotel, the service provided is excellent and the room is super comfy, we managed to get 2 connecting rooms as requested. Breakfast spread is excellent and the hotel staff even went out of the way to assist us with our extra requests. The hotel is also in an excellent location with a great restaurant just 5 minutes walk away and the shopping centre 10-15minutes away. Overall all 4 of us had an excellent stay here.

Exceptionally friendly wonderful staff.
This is by far and away the friendliest hotel I've stayed at. The staff were amazingly friendly and nice, particularly appreciated while travelling with a 2 year old. The hotel is new and nice with great facilities. The breakfast was yum with lots of local or western options. The only negative, and this isn't really the hotels fault, is we travelled during Ramadan so were woken at 4.30am by the imams and their calls to prayer.

5-Star Living, Great Service, Great Staff!
I had a pleasant 3 nights stay with Eastparc Hotel. The service was tip top and room was spacious. Breakfast spread was a good mix of intercontinental and local food. Pool well-maintained and gym facilities were basic and new. Essentially, I would like to thank Waruyang (I hope I got his name right) at Service Desk. He was really helpful and was a good testimonial for the hotel. I also had the pleasure to have my dinner at in-house cafe Verandah. Didit and Via serves us well and attend to our needs very well. My partner and I also experience a little local through using the traditional transport aka Becak. Pak Cassidy was really helpful and he even brought me to the traditional market to purchase the uncooked tempe which I will be frying in Singapore and reminisce the good times in Jogja. This hotel is just 10 mins drive from the International airport which is a good choice if your return flight is going to be very early in the morning. It might be a little distant from main street Maliboro, but with Becak or even the in-house shuttle (be sure to check the timings), it is not even an issue.

5 Star Hotel Facilities with paying of 3 star Hotel, with so many choice of Breakfast, located and situated at center crowded zone area in Jogjakarta (most say University and Student Area), staff is very friendly, check in and check out process is quite fast, Wi-Fi covered all areas in hotel even at room and fast.
