"Poor problem handling and lied to from employees. Falsely charged money towards property, but was resolved due to Supervisor."

"Perhaps a little outdated and could use an update and freshening up but a good night's sleep on a decent mattress. There was only one bath towel which was odd as there were three of us in the room. Might want to make sure there are adequate towels for showering. Overall pleasant. Needed to be close to the airport and Uber driver took us to the downtown area so very convenient. "
