"A very comfortable and central hotel less than 10 minutes walk from VIENNA MITTE STATION where the CAT arrives from the airport every 30 minute. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be that they only have one coffee machine at breakfast so a queue forms up very quickly. Breakfast also needs more staff to prepare tables and ensure that there are enough plates and cutlery - they are rushed off their feet! "

"Excellent front desk came to immediate aid when my daughter fell quite ill from food related infection at another establishment in Vienna. They contacted and arranged a private Dr to assess and treat my daughter on site. We were thoroughly impressed. Location great for walking distance to a number of locations. I would rebook here. "

"The size of the room is good for a European hotel. Clean, furniture is nice and comfortable. The balcony was wonderful to sit and relax after a long day of touring the city. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was tasty, including hot and cold options, but overpriced. The shape of the room makes it a little odd. The bed is placed against the wall and slightly smaller than a US double. If you are sharing with a friend, then it will be too close for comfort."
