"The cove is beautiful and upscale. However, our AC did not work properly the entire vacation so it did get hot in the room. Drinks were very expensive and the waiters and waitresses did not come to the beach nearly enough so you had to get up and get your own food and drinks a lot of the time."

"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. "location is perfect for boaters, adjacent to marsh harbor marina. directly on the beach, great views!!! spacious and clean. need to take off/replace matress covers on the two twin beds. they make too much noise to sleep on."
