We are used to tiny rooms in France but this was really small with a micro bathroom/shower combo that would work well in a small travel trailer. Taking a shower involved shutting the water every minute to avoid inundating the room. Besides that there was the feeling that the floor in the raised level bathroom would cave in at any time. "After a long drive from Calais, a perfect place to stay in the quiet of the countryside. A warm friendly welcome, spacious rooms, an excellent restaurant, even catering for my wife, vegetarian, and myself with a dairy product allergy. We had a great meal washed down with some good very local wine. We were so relaxed, we slept in by an hour more than usual"

"A wonderful stay from start to finish. Hotel is immaculate, spotlessly clean and nicely designed. Our room was extremely nice and clean and looked after 2 adults and 2 children easily. Facilities are excellent with use of spa and pools. Location wise the hotel is perfect, extremely short walk to 2-3 beaches and a 10 minute walk to the town centre for lots of restaurants etc. Our stay couldn’t have been better, highly recommended."

"The hotel was in a convenient location for the Marina. It was easy to get over into main La Rochelle. The hotel itself was ok. The rooms were small but it was all we needed for our 3 day stay. The wifi I the bedrooms were very poor. Unfortunately the bottom seal of the shower was gona and it meant that the shower spilled out onto the floor.
