"I stayed for 3 nights. Large room, very clean, good Wi-Fi, nice shower, big balcony of the front of the soi, with a slight beach view , the bed was firm which I like. I would recommend and stay here again. I ate breakfast twice here, it was ok! It’s a 10 minute was to walking street with plenty of 7/11 shops and massage shops too, 2 minute walk to beach road. "Friendly staffs and clean rooms. The aircon blower in the room was making quite a bit of noise, and the staffs very quickly addressed the issue after giving the feedback. Plenty of food options within walking distance. A great place to stay!"

"The location was amazingly clean and very plush, very worth the price we paid. The photos are accurate, but clearly taken several years ago as the property has gone through inevitable minor wear and tear. The staff was clear in their instructions, spoke good english, and were able to call us a very affordable taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

This is not a new development, and the individual studios vary a great deal based on individual owners tastes layout, views, and features.
