"The room was very dirty, the bathroom flush stopped working and never got fully fixed. There was one tower in the bathroom. The carpets on the floor was very dusty. The picture of the room was highly misleading. The elevator is extremely old and scary. The reception of the hotel is heavily furnished to mislead customers completely. Rooms don't have good internet although it is mentioned in the package. Only after several requests to provide more toilet papers, to fix the flush, to add towels...

"I came to see the Pyramids and be close to them and this hotel was perfect for that. It’s nothing fancy but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The food at the terrace was great. Try their mix fruit smoothies! Amazing views, really. The area around it is ugly and a bit chaotic, but the hotel itself is great value for the money. I would recommend. "

The food was very good: the buffet was amazing particularly the fresh bread and grill, the deserts were okay but I still enjoyed them; the bookable restaurants are not at all authentic but they still offer some tasty food. The drinks weren’t great: beer was good but cocktails were not at all authentic and quite cheaply constructed; however, the coffee was nice but nothing to write home about. The staff were nice and really helpful...
