"TV too tiny."

"On return to the hotel on which would have been our 3rd night stay, we found the hotel in darkness apart from emergency lighting and torches. Apparently there was a power outage in the local area including the hotel. The reception staff being very professional explained the situation and gave us the choice of staying with no electricity or move on to another hotel which has been organised by the hotel. We decided to go to the other hotel, nearly 10 miles away. These things happen, situations...

"Clean, comfortable and modern rooms. There was a function on when we stayed but we were not disturbed. The bar/lobby was nice and we had a good meal in the restaurant. As they were full we were given an accessible room, which was ok, but it was difficult to stand freely in the shower with the seating equipment. The floor of the bathroom was also constantly wet as this was a wet room and with 4 people showering, brushing teeth, going to the loo etc., it was a bit of a faff and a recipe for wet...

"The outside of the property was a bit shabby, but staff were helpful. The room was clean & bed comfortable. Was expecting a bit more for breakfast. It was all pre-packed and cold. The position of the property is good, very central, and right opposite the Beach."
