Given the benefit of doubt that it was winter thus the aircon system cannot be turned on however we still feel the heat with the window opened as suggested by the front desk . "Exterior grounds are stunningly beautiful. Lovely for walking around and enjoying nature. Rooms are getting stale. My shower was very slow to drain, and would back up into bathroom. Carpets are getting old. Main resturant is excellent but could use more vegetable choices at buffets. Overall gorgeous place to stay."
