"The property was advertising ocean view room however they were under renovation. They did give us refund back but was disappointed. The AC wasnt working properly for couple of nights because of renovatjons. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome with good variety of options. Location is really good as downtown kona and shopping areas are walkable. Parking is affordable and de ent. Overall a good hotel and would love to stay there once again. "

The driveway was more narrow due to the presence of scaffolding but no other significant impact or inconvenience was caused by the construction. Excellent swimming pool, bar, and restaurant on location. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, shopping, and other dining options. I parked my rental car along Ala Wai Blvd to avoid paying $45 a night to valet park. However, parking...
