The rooms are very spacious, with some dated elements, however it was very clean and a reasonable price. You have the option of using the hot springs, which are free, and the hotel breakfast is also free of charge with a decent selection. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! "

The buffet breakfast is off the scale - Ainu soup, waffle croissants, fresh mango - more than 100 dishes - and views from the 35th floor over Sapporo and beyond. You could not provide a better service than this. "

"The staff at the counter don't seems to be able communicate effectively. We checked in quite late and we were told about dinner need reservation before specific time resulting we headed out nearby ramen shop but were not accepting anymore customer. We went back to our room and order for room service but was declined because the staff couldn't speak english. We snacked on our biscuit at the end as our dinner."
