"We arrived from our flight at the desk and the room was suppose to be available starting from 3pm. At 3h15 the time we arrived, the room was not ready with no approximate time to when it would be available. The desk clerk seemed to find that normal and even had an attitude when we were surprised that it was not ready. The internet wifi was off for more then 24h. With no way to know when it would come back and again for them that was no problem. Coming from canada we don't have the same phone...

"There is literally no road to this hotel. The staff was kind but there's nothing to do in the area. The bay close by is super dirty and smelly. "Brise Marine was perfectly located in the southern part of Martinique, where the snorkeling is amazing. The bungalos was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were delicious and caringly delivered to our front porch, which had a view of the water. We swam and snorkeled right from the beach at Brise Marine.
