"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."

It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. "Room 1 was full of dust. Patting the quilt made the dust floating and causing a cough. Room 2 in addition to dust had hair in the shower and in bed. Obviously there is the problem with cleanliness. I don’t recommend the place. Checking in the lady was very pleasant but checking out very incompetent. Breakfast was nice and a lot of choices but it took a lot of time for the staff to clean the tables."
