"We didn't know what to expect of a downtown St. Paul hotel, but were 100% happy with the Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, nice and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel was very neat and clean. It is one block from the River Center Convention Center with several restaurants just down the block.
