Hotels with Interconnecting Rooms

"We chose this hotel because it had good reviews and is within walking distance of the Santa Fe plaza. Everything was fine, but we were underwhelmed for a few reasons. We had booked a room with a poolside view through Hotels.com. We were given a parking lot view. Our sense was that this is their "third party reservation" room.
