"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"I spent only 1 day there. Although it was beautiful, it was just to sleep while on a roadtrip. However, the pillows were so big and uncomfortable, I was not able to get a good nights rest. Please provide pillows that aren't so big, my head was practically propped up. "
