"Relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant service could use a bit more friendliness. The waitress had no interest in explaining the menu choices. We used the spa. It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. "

"The TCC Plaza was exactly what we needed for our 3 day stay in Skopje. The room was spacious, clean, quiet (except for the sound of circulating hot water in the radiator at night). Wifi reception was generally good. Breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee, and the restaurant very cheap. Staff were helpful whenever we required anything from them. "It was a wonderful stay in the historic Old City of Ohrid with beautiful vistas from our balcony of the city and lake. Exactly as expected and sought. Staff was tremendously helpful, outstanding rooms, clean and elegant and and the complimentary breakfast was made to order and very enjoyable. I highly, highly recommend Vila Mal Sveti Kliment"
